Can I return my item for a refund or exchange?
We understand you may not be 100% happy with your purchase! We will happily accept a return for an exchange or full item refund as long as the item is in the condition you received it in and is in its original packaging. Unfortunately, we can't accept swimwear, underwear or bodysuits for a return or exchange due to hygiene reasons.
We will also not accept any sale items due to these items already being reduced. We can offer an exchange on sale items up to the same value.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible if you require an exchange or return.
How long after purchase can I make a return?
Returned items must be received within 14-days of receipt.
How to make a return:
Please do your best to try on, handle and repackage the items with care. Any merchandise returned must be received back in its original condition - this means it must be unworn, undamaged, free of makeup, pet hairs, deodorant and perfume and have all original tags attached.

We always recommend returning your items via a recorded service as we, unfortunately, can't be held responsible for any items that do not reach us.
How long does a refund take?
We aim to process all returns within 7-10 working days of delivery to us.
I have received a faulty item.
We are truly sorry if you have received a damaged item from us. Please send us an email on firstname.lastname@example.org so we can get this sorted for you ASAP!
Do I have to pay for return postage?
Unfortunately, we're unable to cover return postage costs unless your item is faulty. Customers are urged to hold onto proof of postage as we're also not responsible for returns lost in the post. If you paid for shipping at the time of your original order, you will not be credited the cost of shipping when we receive your return.
The cost of postage will be deducted from any refunds even during postage offers, unless the garment can be defined as faulty. Shipping fees are non-refundable as this amount is used for postage & packaging elements of the order. If you select a FREE delivery option or redeem a FREE delivery service using a discount code then an amount of £2.99 will be deducted from your order's refund amount should the order be returned for a refund.
